Behind The Corner Courtyard is a young < 30's team that reflects a combination of experience, entrepreneurship, innovation, perseverance and a common goal of creating a one of a kind experience for it's diners and guests.

The team worked with a single-minded objective of creating a one of a kind dining and staying place that Kolkata has not seen or experienced so far.

Working tirelessly for over one and half years to achieve it's goal of converting a 108 year old dilapidated building into a new place of choice for Kolkata's foodies and the travellers visiting Kolkata on business and pleasure, the team had to overcome many structural, technical and regulatory challenges without deviating from it's core objective of retaining the essence and aura of a classical colonial era building.
